Growth Engineer

Formulate and develop growth strategies, A/B testing frameworks, and effective measurement protocols.
Oversee SEO optimization for website products, build landing pages, and optimize user registration flows.
Conduct targeted A/B tests on user registration and activation processes to increase conversion rates, streamline the workflow, and enhance user stickiness and community engagement.
Improve user recall rates by configuring in-app notifications, push notifications, messaging systems, and email campaigns.
Build and enhance product onboarding interfaces to lower the learning curve for new users.
Develop features for market expansion, such as localization and integration with new payment methods.

Growth Experience: Proven experience in fast-growing product teams or growth teams of top-tier internet companies, with direct responsibility for the development of product growth projects.
Self-Driven: Demonstrates a self-motivated and proactive work style, excels in communication and resource coordination, and is willing to proactively overcome challenges and develop solutions.
Fast Learner: Possesses strong fast learning ability, capable of quickly adapting to new tech stacks, tool platforms, traffic channels, and market dynamics.
Data-Driven & Analytical: Approaches product development, feature design, and traffic management with a data-driven mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Has strong programming skills and efficient hacking capabilities to deliver high-quality work with efficiency; holds a solid foundation in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English reading and writing, able to quickly comprehend English technical documents and solution proposals; open to remote work and cross-timezone communication.

Has hands-on experience with GenAI projects such as Stable Diffusion and ControlNet.
Has a passion for ACG and a strong interest in anime culture;
Has fluent English communication skills and proficient Japanese language ability (N2 level or above).
