Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize image search relevance algorithms including query understanding, semantic matching, and relevance ranking to achieve high precision, recall, and low-latency performance.
- Lead research and implementation of AIGC-powered image understanding algorithms, focusing on keyword extraction, multi-modal content analysis, and advanced retrieval systems. Explore, evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI models into search and recommendation pipelines to enhance semantic understanding and retrieval effectiveness.
- Build and optimize content search and recommendation strategies using comprehensive user behavior analytics to improve system accuracy and efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end recommendation system architecture, driving improvements in key performance metrics, including CTR, user retention, and engagement rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in search, advertising, or recommendation algorithms, with solid theoretical foundation and practical experience.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles; proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C/C++, Java, or Python.
- Familiar with deep learning open-source frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc., and able to apply them flexibly to practical problems.
- Experience with common big data technologies and engineering practices is a plus, including but not limited to Hive, Spark, Kafka, and HBase.
- Project experience in large-scale machine learning, personalized recommendation, advertising, information retrieval, natural language processing, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent learning and engineering capabilities, with the ability to quickly understand business requirements and technical challenges, and provide effective solutions.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
